All lessons must be booked in advance through the websites booking page.

All lessons must be paid for at the time of booking either by bank transfer, debit or credit card.

No, Lessons must be booked with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

You may cancel your lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time via the confirmation email by selecting “Manage Appointment". Youll be refunded the full amount minus the transaction fee of 53 pence.


Please note: You can not cancel a lesson within 24 hours  and you will be charged in full as per the booking Terms & Conditions.

Yes - Lessons may be rescheduled subject to availability and free of charge. Please note that lessons cant be rescheduled with less than 24 hours before your scheduled time slot. 


To reschedule, use the “Manage Appointment” link in your booking confirmation email and select an alternative time slot.

For late arrivals, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time and the full lesson fee will be charged.

If you do not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a lesson, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

I am required under UK tax law to keep customer’s basic personal data (name, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time you can request its destruction. Information supplied through the contact form is stored on a server until you request its deletion regardless of whether or not you become a customer. 


Sharing information outside the UK


Where necessary, I may transfer personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, I comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place. Please contact me for more information.

You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, I have one calendar month to respond to you.
